Contra-indications

Contra-indications 

(These are conditions that prevent you from having a particular treatment.)

The main contra-indications for all the treatments on offer include:

Cuts, bruises, cold sores (herpes simplex), any facial swelling, recent surgery or new scar tissue in the area to be treated.

For HIFU Treatments- metal pins or multiple metal dental implants in the area to be treated.

For IPL Skin Rejuvenation- very dark and black skin types (Fitzpatrick 4 and 5) are not able to have these light treatments. Alternative treatments are available.

* If you are unable to have the treatment you have booked due to being contra-indicated at your appointment, then a small charge of 20% for the appointment may still be charged. 

Business Terms

Payment on Booking

A £50 deposit is required, or payment in full of the treatment, when booking an appointment to secure your booking. 

If a deposit is paid the balance is due before or at the appointment.

Cancellations

To cancel your appointment or to rebook, a minimum of 48 hours notice is requested.

Late Arrivals

Clients who arrive more than 10 mins late may need to forfeit their appointment and may still be charged 50% of their treament due to the impossibility of being able to refill the appointment slot.

No Shows

If a client fails to arrive for an appointment the £50 deposit will be lost and a 50% charge may be made against the balance.

Children/Pets

Children and pets are not allowed to accompany appointments due to dangerous equipment.

Belonings

All clients are responsible to look after their own belongings and phones at the appointment. No responsibility will be accepted for any losses.
